浅谈调节中学生体育行为动机干预视力的可行性

摘　　要：随着教育资源竞争日益强烈,现在中学生的学习压力和学习量特别大,从而导致中学生视力减退率不断上升,已经严重影响到了学生的身体健康。根据众多的研究表明,通过适当的体育锻炼能够有效缓解眼疲劳,对近视也有一定的防治能力。为此,该文采用文献资料法等,对调节中学生体育行为动机干预视力的可行性展开研究。试图查找出体育行为对学生视力的干预及影响中学生视力下降的因素,从而为保护中学生视力提供一些可参考性的体育运动方式。With the increasing competition of educational resources,the learning pressure and learning quantity of middle school students are especially large,which leads to the increasing rate of vision loss of middle school students,which has seriously affected the health of students.According to numerous studies,through appropriate physical exercise is able to effectively relieve eye fatigue,myopia also has a certain ability to prevent and cure.To this end,the article uses the literature method and so on,carries on the research to the adjustment middle school student sports behavior motive intervention vision feasibility.The paper tries to find out the intervention of sports behavior on students'visual acuity and the factors affecting the visual acuity decline of middle school students,so as to provide some protection for the visual acuity of middle school students reference sports.
