摘 要:运动生理和运动心理是体育教学中两个重要内容,正是通过运动生理和运动心理的变化,才能反映体育教学和体育活动的独特作用。无论某种学科它都不是独立存在和发展的,都与其他学科有着千丝万缕的联系。一门学科的发展往往可以借助于另一门或几门学科的知、识做指导,或借助于它们的原理人为的改进现有的水平。学校的体育教学与训练也是一门学科,它同样可以借助其他学科,促进其发展。在此,就运动生理对学校体育教学与训练的作用谈谈体会和看法。Sports physiology and sports psychology are two important contents in sports teaching.It is through the changes of sports physiology and sports psychology,can reflect the unique role of sports teaching and sports activities.No matter a certain discipline it is not independent existence and development,it has inextricably linked with other disciplines.The development of a discipline can often be guided by the knowledge and knowledge of another or several disciplines,or by their principles to artificially improve the existing level.Physical education teaching and training in schools is also a subject.It can also promote its development with the help of other subjects.Here,the exercise physiology to the school physical education teaching and the training function to talk about the experience and the view.
