摘 要:目的探讨双容积成像技术在颅内动脉瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院经血管内治疗的113例颅内动脉瘤患者,将其随机分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=57)。对照组采用2D-DSA技术评价即刻栓塞效果;观察组先采用2D-DSA技术评价即刻栓塞效果,再采用双容积成像技术评价即刻栓塞效果,如发现有残留则进一步治疗,尽量提高即刻栓塞率。比较两组的即刻栓塞效果及远期疗效。结果2D-DSA显示,两组即刻完全栓塞率、瘤颈残留率、瘤体残留率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组双容积成像的即刻完全栓塞率明显高于2D-DSA(P<0.05)。术后随访3~6个月,两组完全栓塞、瘤颈残留、瘤体残留患者的复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组总复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双容积成像技术能较好地评价颅内动脉瘤即刻栓塞效果,提高即刻完全栓塞率及远期疗效,降低术后复发率。Objective To explore the application value of dual volume imaging technology in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Methods A total of 113 patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent endovascular treatment in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=57).The control group used 2D-DSA technology to evaluate the immediate embolization effect;the observation group firstly used the 2D-DSA technology to evaluate the immediate embolization effect,and then used dual volume imaging technology to evaluate the immediate embolization effect,if residues were found,further treatment was performed to maximize the immediate embolization rate.The immediate embolization effect and long-term effect of the two groups were compared.Results 2D-DSA showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the immediate complete embolization rate,tumor neck residual rate and tumor residual rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The immediate complete embolization rate of dual volume imaging in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 2D-DSA(P<0.05).Follow-up for 3-6 months after operation,there were no significant differences in the recurrence rate of the patients with complete embolization,tumor neck residual and tumor residual between the two groups(P>0.05),but the total recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual volume imaging technology can better evaluate the immediate embolization effect of intracranial aneurysms,improve the immediate complete embolization rate and long-term effect,and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.
