摘　　要：文章在分析TVS产品的功能和制作原理的基础上,针对目前TVS芯片PN结表面玻璃钝化工艺存在的问题,提出一种新的玻璃钝化工艺,给出玻璃钝化过程中最佳N2:O2浓度比、最佳原料组分比以及最佳烧结温度,使得公司TVS产品的成品率从原来的83%提高到95%。Based on the analysis of the function and production principle of Transient Voltage Suppressor(TVS),a new glass passivation process is proposed in view of the existing problems in the glass passivation process of TVS chip PN junction surface.The optimal concentration ratio of N2:O2,the best ratio of raw materials and the best sintering temperature are given in the process of glass passivation.The yield of TVS products is increased from 83%to 95%.
