摘　　要：传承中华优秀传统文化是时代赋予国人的历史责任和使命。高校是传统文化传承的中坚力量,是文化诠释、转化、创新的重要阵地。传承中华传统文化、培养学生民族自信心和社会责任感、建立积极服务国家和社会的意识是高校教师应关注的问题。以本科生专业课“农产品加工学A(上)”为例,介绍了利用混合教学模式将传承传统文化与专业课有效结合的办法,以及在授课过程中的一点体会。It is historical responsibility and mission for Chinese people to inheritance Chinese culture.Colleges and universities are the backbone of the inheritance of traditional culture and important the front of cultural interpretation,transformation and innovation.How to inheritance Chinese culture,cultivate students'national self-confidence and sense of social responsibility,and to establish consciousness of serving the country and the society,are the problems that college teachers should face.Agricultural Product Processing Science A(I)is a specialized course for undergraduate,taking it as an example,this paper introduced some methods and experience by using mixed method of teaching which combining Chinese cultural and specialized course in the teaching process.
