摘 要:建立了河南刺梨中维生素C含量的反相高效液相测定方法,并测定了河南产刺梨中Vc的含量.色谱柱:Silgerrn TM C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:室温;检测波长为245 nm;流动相为KH2PO4(0.05 mol/L)水溶液;进样量10μL;流速:1 mL/min;维生素C与相邻峰的分离度约为3;维生素C在8.16~14.28 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9925),平均回收率为99.45%,RSD=1.6%(n=6);该刺梨中维生素C的平均含量为2.103 mg/g.本方法操作简便,灵敏度高,分离度好,结果准确,重复性也比较好,适合河南产刺梨中维生素C的含量测定.A reversed⁃phase high⁃performance liquid chromatography determination method for vitamin C in Rosa roxburahii Tratt from Henan was established,and the content of vitamin C was determined.Separation was performed in TM C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)at room temperature.The detection wavelength was set to 245 nm.KH2PO4(0.05 mol/L)solution was used as mobile phase with 1 mL/min.Injection volume was 10μL.Resolution between vitamin C and adjacent peaks was about 3.Linear relationship was good(r=0.9925)at range of 8.16-14.28 mg/L.Average recovery of vitamin C was 99.45%with RSD=1.6%(n=6).The average content of vitamin C in the sample was 2.103 mg/g.This method was convenient,high sensitivity,accurate and suitable for the determination of vitamin C in Rosa roxburahii Tratt.
