超临界CO2萃取粉末磷脂的研究

摘　　要：本文以非转基因大豆浓缩磷脂为原料,利用溶剂及吸附剂去除杂质及多环芳烃得到精制大豆浓缩磷脂,经超临界CO 2萃取得到大豆粉末磷脂,并通过实际生产到得到超临界CO 2萃取大豆粉末磷脂。精制大豆浓缩磷脂的条件为,正己烷添加量为1.5 mL/g,凹凸棒添加量为5%,时间3 h,温度50℃,搅拌速度1500 r/min,精制大豆浓缩磷脂含杂质量为0.05%,多环芳烃量为2.29μg/kg。经超临界CO 2萃取条件为,萃取压力35 MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间130 min,得到的粉末磷脂含杂质量为0.03%,多环芳烃量为1.83μg/kg。通过实际生产,精制大豆浓缩磷脂含杂质量为0.08%,多环芳烃量为2.97μg/kg。超临界CO 2萃取粉末磷脂含杂质量为0.06%,多环芳烃量为2.45μg/kg,HLB值可以达到8。The non-transgenic soybean concentrated phospholipids were taken as raw materials,solvents and adsorbents were used to remove impurities and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons to obtain refined soybean concentrated phospholipids,supercritical CO 2 extraction,thereby obtaining soybean powder phospholipids,and supercritical CO 2 extraction to obtain soybean powder phospholipids.The conditions for refining soybean concentrated phospholipids are as follows:the addition amount of n-hexane was 1.5 mL/g,of attapulgite was 5%,the time was 3 h,the temperature 50℃,the stirring speed 1500 r/min,and the impurity content of refined soybean concentrated phospholipid was 0.05%,The amount of PAHs was 2.29μg/kg.The supercritical CO 2 extraction conditions as described:extraction pressure 35 MPa,extraction temperature 50℃,and extraction time 130 min.The resulting powdered phospholipid contains 0.03%of impurities and the amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is 1.83μg/kg.Through actual production,the impurity content of refined soybean concentrated phospholipid was 0.08%,and the amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons 2.97μg/kg.The supercritical CO 2 extraction powder phospholipid contained 0.06%of impurities,the amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was 2.45μg/kg,and the HLB value could reach up to 8.
