摘 要:为探究母体VD3(Vitamin D3)水平对脂类代谢基因LPL在仔猪肌肉、皮下脂肪中表达的影响,以24头同一饲养管理条件、同期妊娠的长白母猪为试验材料,随机分配到4组VD3日粮中的任1组(对照组200 IU/kg、试验组800 IU/kg、3200 IU/kg、6400 IU/kg的玉米-豆粕型日粮).待仔猪六月龄时,从各组中挑选3个体质量接近、健康状况优良的个体屠宰后采集背最长肌、背脂样品,测定背最长肌的IMF含量,使用RT-PCR法检测LPLmRNA表达.结果表明:背最长肌LPLmRNA表达量与IMF含量呈显著正相关(R=0.679,P<0.05).随VD3水平增加,背最长肌中LPL基因表达趋势为上升-下降趋势,VD3水平为800 IU/kg时达到峰值,且显著高于VD3水平为6400 IU/kg表达量(P<0.05);LPL基因在背脂中表达趋势为下降-上升趋势.因此,母体日粮VD3水平能够影响仔猪LPL基因表达,减少脂肪沉积.To investigate the effect of maternal VD3 level on the expression of lipid metabolism gene LPL in piglet muscle and subcutaneous fat,24 Landrace sows with the same feeding and management conditions and pregnancy at the same period were randomly assigned to one of the four groups of VD3 diets(corn soybean meal days of 200 IU/kg in control group,800 IU/kg,3200 IU/kg and 6400 IU/kg in test group).When piglets were six months old,three individuals with similar body weight and good health status were selected from each group and slaughtered to collect samples of longissimus dorsi and dorsalis fat.The IMF content of longissimus dorsi was measured and the expression of LPLmRNA was detected by RT-PCR.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of LPLmRNA and the content of IMF(R=0.679,P<0.05).With the increase of VD3 level,the expression trend of LPL gene in the longissimus dorsi muscle was up-down,and reached the peak at 800 IU/kg VD3 level,which was significantly higher than 6400 IU/kg VD3 level(P<0.05);the expression trend of LPL gene in the longissimus dorsi muscle was down-up.In conclusion,maternal VD3 level can affect LPL gene expression and reduce fat deposition in piglets.
