摘 要:目的分析探讨CT及超声对眶内良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的眶内肿瘤患者101例,术前均行CT及超声检查,图像资料分别由2名CT诊断医生和超声医师进行双盲评定,以手术病理结果为诊断金标准,对比分析CT与超声对眶内良恶性肿瘤诊断的准确性。结果对眶内良恶性肿瘤诊断准确率比较,CT优于数据,差异有统计学意义;而误诊率比较,二者差异无统计学意义。对于眶内恶性肿瘤,CT与超声的灵敏度及特异度分别为(85.7%,86.4%)和(82.9%,83.3%),差异有统计学意义。结论CT和超声对眶内肿瘤的诊断各有优缺点,应根据患者的具体病情联合检查,以提高定性诊断的准确性。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of CT and ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors in the orbit.Methods Retrospective analysis of 101 patients with intraorbital tumors admitted to our hospital,CT and ultrasonography were performed before operation.The images were double-blindly evaluated by two CT diagnostic doctors and sonographers.The surgical pathological results were used as the diagnostic gold standard.To analyze the accuracy of CT and ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors.Results The accura-cy of diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors in the sputum was better than that of ultrasound.The difference was statistically significant.The difference of misdiagnosis rate was not statistically significant.For the malignant tumors in the orbit,the sensitivity and specificity of CT and ultrasound were(85.7%,86.4%)and(82.9%,83.3%),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion CT and ultrasound have their own advantages and disadvantages in the diagnosis of intraorbital tumors,and should be combined according to the specific conditions of patients to improve the accuracy of qualitative diagnosis.
