基于“三基辨证”的证名规范化

摘　　要：基于“三基辨证”理论体系,初步阐明“证”的内涵与性质,确定了“证”的局限与应用范围,并提出证名标准化的一般方法。指出“证”具有三基完整性、三基独立性、三基外显性三大性质,而“证”的局限在于“证”无分级、“证”无依托。“证”标准化的一般方法是:基于“证”的描述数据如候、方药、病机阐释等进行理论解析,必要时引入临床研究与实验研究,最终确定出该“证”的证基空间、证基物质、证基运动,使其满足“证”的性质,从而完成该“证”的标准化工作。“证”标准化需要解决的问题包括证名内涵描述混乱,证名内涵过于复杂广泛,证名转化前后不对应等。提出了以证候数据库及自然语言处理技术为核心的中医诊疗智能化实现路径,以期为“证”标准化的相关研究奠定理论基础,也为中医证名诊断智能化提供创新性的思路与方法参考。Based on the theory system of“Three-basis Syndrome Differentiation”(三基辨证),this paper discusses the connotation and nature of“syndromes”in detail,preliminarily clarifies the limitations and application scope of“syndromes”and conducts an exploratory study of“syndromes”standardization.It is pointed out that“syndrome”has the three characteristics of three-basic integrity,three-basic independence,and three-basic explicitness,and the limitation of“syndrome”is that it has no classification and no support.The general method of“syndrome”standardization is to make theoretical analysis based on the description data of the“syndrome”such as syndromes,prescriptions,and pathogenesis,and introduce clinical and experimental research when necessary,and finally determine the syndrome-base space,syndrome-base material and syndrome-base movement to make it meet the nature of the“syndrome”,thus completing the standardization of the“syndrome”.The problems that need to be solved in the standardization of“syndrome”include the confusion of the connotation of the syndrome name,too complicated and wide connotation of the syndrome name,and the too complicated and wide name not corresponding before and after the conversion.It is proposed the realization path of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment intelligence based on syndrome database and natural language processing technology lays a theoretical foundation for the related research of“syndrome”standardization,and also provides innovative ideas and methods for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnosis intelligence reference.
