摘　　要：衡水市政府正在开展“三创四建”活动,除了物质基础的不断建设和加强,音乐文化的建设在促进城乡一体化发展方面正发挥着越来越大的作用。特别是新冠疫情暴发期间,音乐在互联网上把城乡居民紧紧联系在一起。正是音乐这条纽带,推进了主城区、县城、镇乡、农村的一体化发展,衡水将被打造成北方平原地区统筹城乡发展的样板。The Hengshui government is carrying out the activity of"three creation and four construction",in addition to the continuous construction and strengthening of the material foundation,the construction of music culture is playing an increasingly important role in promoting the development of urban and rural integration.Especially during the COVID-19 outbreak,music has brought urban and rural residents closely together on the Internet.It is this link of music that promotes the integrated development of the main city,county,township and rural areas,and Hengshui will be built as a model of coordinated urban and rural development in the northern plain area.
