摘　　要：目的探讨泪道引流管内眦部脱出自行剪断取出方法。方法8例(8眼)在我院行全泪道置管术后引流管从泪眦部滑出,意欲向外牵拉取出,受阻后自行剪断。通过两断端结扎固定,单股丝线套环从鼻腔内引出。结果8眼残留引流管一次性全部取出,未引起其它并发症。结论方法简单,疗效确切,临床实用,避免了不必要的损伤。Objetive To investigate the method of self-cutting and removing lacrimal silicone tube slipping out of the inner canthus.Methods In 8 cases(8 eyes),the silicone tube slipped out of the inner canthus after lacrimal surgery in our hospital,and the silicone tube was pulled out and cutted off after being blocked.Through the ligation and fixation of the two broken ends,a single silk thread ring was drawn out from the nasal cavity.Results The residual silicone tubes in 8 eyes were removed at once,and no other complications were observed.Conclusion This method is simple,effective and clinically practical,avoiding unnecessary injury.
