摘 要:针对当前中央空调系统清洁过程复杂、清洁成本高、残留物多且易滋生细菌等问题,采用静电除尘技术和传感器技术,结合自动控制原理对当下中央空调的自动清洁净化问题进行了研究,设计出一种可应用于中央空调的新型节能自动控制除尘电路。相比于传统的静电除尘器,该除尘电路通过传感器实时向单片机反馈中央空调风道内的空气含尘量,单片机可以根据风道空气状况及时调整静电除尘功率,在提高除尘效率的同时也实现了节能。研究表明:该静电除尘电路的广泛使用可以有效减少室内空气污染,抑制细菌传播,对于节约能源和优化生活、工作环境具有重要意义。In view of the problems caused by complicated cleaning process of the central air-conditioning system,high cleaning cost,many residues and easy breeding of bacteria,electrostatic dust removal technology and sensor technology are used to study the current automatic cleaning and purification of central air-conditioning system by combining the principle of automatic control.A new type of energy-saving automatic control dust removal circuit is designed for the central air-conditioning system.Compared with the traditional electrostatic precipitator,the dust removal circuit reports the dust content of the air in the air duct of the central air conditioner to the single-chip microcomputer in real time through the sensor.The single-chip microcomputer can adjust the electrostatic precipitator power in time according to the air condition of the air duct,which improves the efficiency of dust removal and saves energy as well.Studies have shown that the widespread use of the electrostatic precipitator circuit can effectively reduce indoor air pollution and inhibit the spread of diseases,which is of great significance to save energy and optimize living and working environment.
