放大器IP3和OP3参数测量方法研究

摘　　要：在微波多载波通信系统中,三阶交调截点功率电平IP3和OP3参数是衡量器件线性度和失真性能的重要指标。因此,准确测量IP3和OP3参数的大小显得尤为重要。本文以MINI Circuits公司的ERA-3型放大器为例来研究测试这两个参数的精确方法,提出了一种综合数据计算和图像数据处理的思路:首先精确的测试器件的OP3参数,然后使用最小二乘法拟合放大器的基频曲线计算IP3参数。实践证明,该方法能准确测试器件的OP3和IP3参数。In the microwave multicarrier communication system,the power level IP3 and OP3 parameters of the third-order cross-section point are important indexes to evaluate the linearity and distortion performance of the device.Therefore,it is very important to measure the value of IP3 and OP3 parameter accurately.This paper takes ERA-3 amplifier of mini circuits company as an example to study on the exact method of measuring these two parameters,and puts forward an idea of comprehensive data calculation and image data processing:first,accurately test the OP3 parameters of the device,and then use the least square method to fit the fundamental frequency curve of the amplifier to calculate IP3 parameter.It is proved that this method can accurately measure OP3 and IP3 parameters of the device.
