摘  要:目的探讨微创手术治疗老年高血压脑出血患者的疗效及对患者神经功能的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月于天津市泰达医院进行治疗的140例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,参照家属意愿将其分为试验组和对照组,每组70例。对照组采用非手术方式治疗,试验组采用微创手术治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、神经功能缺损评分以及炎症介质水平。结果试验组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组神经功能缺损评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组炎症介质水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创手术治疗老年高血压脑出血患者具有显著的效果,可使患者的神经功能恢复更佳,炎症介质水平更低。Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive surgery on elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its influence on neurological function.Methods 140 elderly patients with hypertension who were treated in Tianjin TEDA hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the wishes of their families,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with non-surgical treatment,and the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive surgery.The clinical therapeutic effect,neurological deficit score and inflammatory mediators level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the neurological deficit score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the level of inflammatory mediators in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has a significant effect,which can make the recovery of neurological function better and the level of inflammatory mediators lower.
