影响产科护理安全管理的相关因素及预见性管理的实践应用

摘　　要：目的对影响产科护理安全管理的因素进行分析及探讨预见性管理实施的效果。方法分别于2019年1月预见性管理实施前与实施后各抽取34名产科护理人员进行研究,对预见性管理实施前后影响护理安全管理的因素进行分析,观察预见性管理实施的效果。结果对产科护理安全管理产生影响的因素比较多,主要有护理人员自身因素、产妇及家属因素、沟通因素、管理因素及科室相关因素等;产科不安全事件发生率方面,预见性管理实施后为5.88%,低于预见性管理实施前的20.59%(χ^(2)=7.216,P<0.05);预见性管理实施前后产科护理人员护理技术指标评分对比,实施后服务态度、技术水平、心理支持、舒适度及健康教育评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论对产科护理安全管理质量产生影响的因素较多,在产科护理管理中实施预见性管理,可减少不安全事件的发生,提高产科护理管理工作质量。Objective To analyze the factors affecting the safety management of obstetric nursing and to discuss the effect of predictive management.Methods In January 2019,34 obstetric nurses were selected before and after the implementation of predictive management,respectively,to analyze the factors affecting nursing safety management before and after the implementation of predictive management,and to observe the effect of predictive management.Results There were many factors affecting the safety management of obstetric nursing,mainly including the nursing staff's own factors,maternal and family factors,communication factors,management factors and department-related factors,etc.;the incidence of obstetric unsafe incidents,after the implementation of predictive management was 5.88%,which was lower than the 20.59%before the implementation of predictive management(χ^(2)=7.216,P<0.05);comparison of the nursing technical index scores of obstetric nurses before and after the implementation of predictive management,service attitude,technical level,psychological support and comfort degree and health education scores after implementation were higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors that affect the quality of obstetric nursing safety management.Implementing predictive management in obstetric nursing management can reduce the occurrence of unsafe incidents and improve the quality of obstetric nursing management.
