风险管理培训对护士人员护理效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨常规护理培训与风险管理培训对护士人员护理效果的影响。方法抽取2018年6月—2019年6月该院收治的550例产妇以及同时期该院妇产科46名护理人员作为研究对象,对护理人员进行风险管理培训。设置风险管理培训前(常规护理培训)护理产妇285例为对照组,风险管理培训后护理产妇265例为实验组,对比两组产妇的整体护理质量、风险事件发生率。结果实验组产妇护理满意率97.74%高于对照组88.07%,实验组产妇差错率0.75%、投诉率1.13%均低于对照组3.51%、3.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.275、4.880、4.118,P<0.05)。护理人员经过风险管理培训后护理人员的临床操作以及理论都有着明显的提高。结论护理人员风险管理在产科护理管理中的应用能够提高产妇的满意率,降低护理人员护理差错率和投诉率,降低护理缺陷、护理意外、纠纷发生率,有利于全面提高护理质量。Objective To explore the influence of routine nursing training and risk management training on the nursing effectiveness of nursing staff.Methods 550 puerperium patients admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as well as 46 nursing staff in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the hospital during the same period were selected as research objects.To conduct risk management training for nursing staff 285 cases of puerperium patients nursed before risk management training(routine nursing training)were set as the control group,and 265 cases of puerperium patients nursed after risk management were experimental group.The overall quality of nursing care and the incidence of risk events of puerperium were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of maternal care in the experimental group 97.74%was higher than that of the control group 88.07%,the error rate 0.75%and complaint rate 1.13%of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group 3.51%and 3.86%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.275,4.880,4.118,P<0.05).After risk management training,the clinical operation and theory of nursing staff were significantly improved.Conclusion The application of nurse risk management in obstetric nursing management can improve the satisfaction rate of puerpera,reduce the nursing error rate and complaint rate of nursing staff,and reduce the incidence of nursing defects,nursing accidents,and disputes.It is beneficial to comprehensively improve the quality of nursing.
