摘　　要：通过溶出曲线考察阿莫西林克拉维酸钾与原研的质量一致性。工艺上采用粉末直压的方式,得到的阿莫西林克拉维酸钾分散片。并对其制剂稳定性进行考察,最终得出完全符合2015版药典要求的处方制剂。The quality consistency between amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium and researched result was investigated by dissolution curve.Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium dispersible tablets were obtained by direct powder pressing.The stability of the preparation was investigated,and finally a prescription preparation fully meeting requirements of the 2015 pharmacopoeia was obtained.
