摘  要:目的分析伊曲康唑治疗骨血管瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析1例伊曲康唑治愈股骨远端血管瘤的临床资料。结果患者女性,58岁,临床表现为右膝关节疼痛10年,MRI检查示右股骨髓内血管瘤、右膝关节骨性关节炎。给予伊曲康唑胶囊口服0.2 g/次,2次/d,连续2个月;减为0.1 g/次,2次/d,连续4个月;然后0.1 g/次,1次/d,连续2个月;疗程共8个月。服药1个月后患者局部疼痛减轻,服药4个月后MRI显示股骨下段病灶较前减少,停药18个月后MRI显示股骨下段病灶近乎完全消退,右膝关节有轻微疼痛。结论伊曲康唑可用于骨血管瘤的非手术治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of itraconazole on distal femoral hemangioma.Methods The clinical data of 1 patient with itraconazole-cured distal femoral hemangioma were retrospectively analyzed.Results A 58-year-old female patient with a 10-year history of right knee pain underwent MRI,indicating right femoral hemangioma and knee osteoarthritis,and received oral administration of itraconazole capsule 0.2 g per time,twice daily for 2 months,followed by 0.1 g per time,twice daily for 4 months and 0.1 g once daily for 2 months.The treatment course was 8 months.The pain was relieved after 1 month treatment,and MRI showed a remarkable decrease and almost complete disappearance of intraosseous lesion in the distal femur after 4-month treatment and in 18 months after drug-withdrawal respectively.The right knee joint remained mild pain.Conclusion Itraconazole might be a promising non-surgical treatment for intraosseous hemangioma.
