经济欠发达地区本科院校软件工程专业发展困境的分析

摘　　要：很多经济欠发达地区本科院校都开设了软件工程专业,但是因为存在“地方经济对专业发展支持不足”“生源质量有待提高”“管理理念与管理方式落后”“教师数量与水平欠缺”等原因,导致专业发展裹足不前。以上原因中,“管理理念与管理方式落后”最为关键,因为地方本科院校对它的可操作性强,并且它对其他因素的影响较大,故在资源有限的情况下,只有深入改革管理方式,经济欠发达地区本科院校软件工程专业发展才能再上一个台阶。Software engineering majors have been opened in most of the undergraduate colleges and universities in economically underdeveloped areas,but the professional development is stagnated due to“insufficient support from local economy for professional development”“the quality of students needs to be improved”“backward management concepts and management methods”“insufficient number and level of teachers”and other reasons.In the above reasons,“backward management concept and management mode”is the most critical,because these local colleges and universities have strong operability to it,and it has a greater impact on other factors,therefore,in the case of limited resources,the development of software engineering specialty in undergraduate colleges and universities in economically underdeveloped areas can only be further improved by further reforming the management mode.
