食管支架植入术治疗晚期食管癌患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨食管支架植入术治疗晚期食管癌患者的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月在我院治疗的92例食管癌患者,根据治疗方法的不同进行分组,试验组应用食管支架植入术治疗,对照组采用常规化疗,比较两组治疗效果、吞咽困难分级、卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)评分及肺功能指标。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组吞咽困难0级、1级所占比例高于对照组,吞咽困难2级、3级比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)水平高于对照组,气促指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对晚期食管癌患者应用食管支架植入术治疗的效果显著,可有效改善患者的吞咽困难和肺功能,提高其生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of esophageal stent implantation in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods A selection of 92 patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were grouped according to different treatment methods.The test group was treated with esophageal stent implantation,and the control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy.The treatment effects,dysphagia classification,KPS score and lung function indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the proportion of grade 0 and grade 1 dysphagia in the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the proportion of grade 2 and grade 3 dysphagia was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS score of the test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the level of the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the shortness of breath index was lower the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of esophageal stent implantation for patients with advanced esophageal cancer is significant,which can effectively improve dysphagia and lung function,and improve the quality of life.
