高压氧联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗视网膜静脉栓塞的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗视网膜静脉栓塞的临床效果。方法将88例视网膜静脉栓塞患者随机分为两组各44例,对照组予以高压氧治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗。两组患者治疗前后采用彩超检查眼血流动力学,采用ELISE法检测血浆血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和Apelin水平,评价临床疗效。结果研究组治疗后的舒张末期血流速度为(5.83±0.91)cm/s,收缩期峰值流速为(12.43±2.08)cm/s,搏动指数为(0.69±0.17),阻力指数为(0.45±0.14),对照组分别为(3.83±0.53)cm/s、(10.17±1.47)cm/s、(0.94±0.21)、(0.65±0.12),研究组眼血流动力学改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后血浆VEGF为(7.52±1.57)pg/mL,Apelin为(4.16±0.74)pg/mL,对照组分别为(14.26±2.40)pg/mL、(7.04±1.03)pg/mL,研究组血浆VEGF、Apelin水平降低明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组有效率为95.5%,对照组为84.1%,研究组有效率为明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单用高压氧治疗视网膜静脉栓塞的效果有限,联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠可有效改善眼血流动力学,降低VEGF、Apelin水平,提升疗效。Objective To study the hyperbaric oxygen combined tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate clinical effect for the treatment of retinal vein thrombosis.Methods Eighty-eight cases of retinal vein thrombosis patients were randomly divided into two groups 44 cases each,the control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,the research group was treated with tanshinoneⅡA sulfonic on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,ocular hemodynamics were examined by color ultrasound,and plasma levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and Apelin were detected by ELISE method to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results The treatment group the end-diastolic blood flow velocity of the(5.83±0.91)cm/s,systolic peak velocity(12.43±2.08)cm/s,pulsation index(0.69±0.17),resistance index(0.45±0.14),the control group,respectively(3.83±0.53)cm/s,(10.17±1.47)cm/s,(0.94±0.21),(0.65±0.12),the team of ocular hemodynamics improved better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma VEGF and Apelin were(7.52±1.57)pg/mL,(4.16±0.74)pg/mL,(14.26±2.40)pg/mL and(7.04±1.03)pg/mL,respectively,in the research group and the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the research group was 95.5%,and that of the control group was 84.1%.The effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy effect of retinal vein embolism is limited,A joint tanshinone ⅡA sulfonic acid sodium can effectively improve the ocular hemodynamics,lower levels of VEGF,Apelin,improve curative effect.
