摘 要:目的引导骨再生术(GBR)技术在重度牙槽嵴萎缩牙种植中的效果。方法选择2014年1月至2019年1月在我科接受种植修复的114例患者,分为两组,每组57例,对照组应用一般修复技术,观察组应用GBR技术进行牙槽嵴萎缩种植修复。对比两组患者种植后边缘骨水平值和手术后牙槽骨的高度与宽度。结果手术后1个月、3个月、6个月,观察组患者牙槽骨的高度与宽度均大于对照组患者,P<0.05;观察组患者近中种植体边缘骨水平值(0.40±0.31)分、远中种植体边缘骨水平值(0.47±0.38)分,均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论应用GBR技术对重度牙槽嵴萎缩的患者也能修复较大的骨缺损,效果也比较理想。Objective The effect of guided bone regeneration(GBR)technique in dental implants with severe alveolar ridge atrophy.Methods A total of 114 patients who underwent implant restoration in our department from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups,57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general restoration techniques,and the observation group was treated with GBR technique for alveolar ridge atrophy implants repair.The level of marginal bone after implantation and the height and width of alveolar bone after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results 1 month,3 months,6 months after the operation,the height and width of the alveolar bone of the observation group were larger than those of the control group,P<0.05;the mesial implant marginal bone level of the observation group was(0.40±0.31),the value of the marginal bone level of the distal implant(0.47±0.38)was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of GBR technology can also repair larger bone defects in patients with severe alveolar ridge atrophy,and the effect is relatively satisfactory.
