小儿护理中采用肢体语言沟通联合个性化护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的在小儿护理中采用肢体语言沟通联合个性化护理的方式,探讨起具体的应用效果。方法本次研究中以2018年1月至2019年12月为研究时间段,将这一阶段中的100例于本院治疗的小儿患者作为试验研究的对象,按照随机的方式将患者分为两组,分别为研究组以及对照组,其中对照组患者给予常规的护理方式,研究组则采用肢体语言沟通联合个性化护理的护理方式。观察两组患者的护理效果,包括患者对护理的依从性,护理有效情况以及患者家属的满意情况。结果研究组患儿总有效率、护理依从性、总满意率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对小儿患者采用肢体语言沟通联合个性化护理的方式十分有效,能够显著提升小儿患者的护理依从性。同时小儿患者家属满意度高,护理整体效果好。Objective To explore the application effect of body language communication combined with personalized nursing in children nursing.Methods In this study,from January 2018 to December 2019 as the research period,100 cases of children patients in our hospital in this stage were selected as the experimental research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given rontine nursing,while the study group adopted body language communication combined with personality the way of nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed,including patients'compliance with nursing,nursing effectiveness and satisfaction of patients'families.Results The total effective rate,nursing compliance and total satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Body language communication combined with personalized nursing is very effective for children patients,which can significantly improve the nursing compliance of children patients.At the same time,the satisfaction of family members of children patients is high,and the overall effect of nursing is good.
