摘  要:实验教学是本科人才培养的重要环节,对于环境科学专业的学生来说,实验能力尤其是自主实验能力是一个优秀本科毕业生的基本要求,自主实验能力的培养在学生的成才过程中发挥了重要作用。传统的实验教学存在实验内容设置不合理、教学过程无创新、评价机制缺乏激励等问题,限制了大学生自主实验能力的培养。自主实验能力的实验教学要求学生始终是实验的主体,教师是配角,实验过程中有关资料的查阅、实验仪器的调试和准备、实验试剂的配制等完全由学生独立完成,教师在此过程中主要负责答疑。通过对实验内容、教学过程及评价机制进行改革与实施,学生自主实验能力得到了较大提高,能独立分析问题和解决问题,促进了实验教学的发展,提高了学生的就业率和升学率。Experimental teaching is an important part of undergraduate talent training.For students majoring in environmental science,experimental ability,especially independent experiment ability,is a basic requirement for an excellent undergraduate graduate.The cultivation of independent experiment ability plays an important role in the process of students’success.Due to the problems of unreasonable experimental content setting,no innovation in the teaching process,and lack of incentives in the evaluation mechanism,traditional experimental teaching restricts the cultivation of college students’independent experimental ability.The experiment teaching requires that the students are always the main body of the experiment and the teacher is the supporting role.In the process of the experiment,the related materials are checked,the debugging and preparation of the experimental instruments,and the preparation of the experimental reagents are completely completed by the students independently.The teacher is mainly responsible for answering questions during this process.The ability of undergraduates to experiment independently has been greatly improved by reforming experimental content,teaching process and evaluation mechanism,and they can analyze and solve problems independently.The development of the university has increased the employment rate and the enrollment rate of students.
