摘　　要：目的探讨肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白蛋白(ALB)和D-二聚体(D-D)水平对缺血性肠病(ICBD)患者的价值研究。方法选取2016年2月至2020年5月于本院收治的疑似ICBD患者86例,作为研究组,再选取同时段于本院行体检的健康志愿者40例,作为对照组。观察分析研究组患者入院后第1、7、14 d两组血清D-D、CK-MB、CRP、ALB水平及其对ICBD的诊断与预后预测价值。结果研究组患者入院后第1、7、14 d血清D-D、CK-MB、CRP、ALB水平差异明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测对ICBD预后预测的特异性(69.13%)、敏感度(88.57%)、阳性预测值(89.58%)、阴性预测值(83.02%)。结论血清D-D、CK-MB、CRP和ALB水平对ICBD的早期诊断及预后预测具有较高参考价值,可以协助临床早期诊断治疗,改善预后。Objective To investigate the value of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK⁃MB),C⁃reac⁃tive protein(CRP),albumin(ALB)and D⁃dimer(D⁃D)levels in patients with ischemic bowel disease(ICBD).Methods 86 suspected ICBD patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to May 2020 were selected as the study group,and 40 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The serum LEVELS of D⁃D,CK⁃MB,CRP and ALB in the study group on day 1,7 and 14 after admission and their diagnostic and prognostic value for ICBD were ob⁃served and analyzed.Results The serum D⁃D、CK⁃MB、CRP、ALB levels of d1,7 and 14 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The specificity(69.13%),sensitivity(88.57%),positive predictive value(89.58%)and negative predictive value(83.02%)of the combined test were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of D⁃D,CK⁃MB,CRP and ALB have high reference value for the early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of ICBD,which can assist the early clinical diagnosis and treatment and improve the prognosis.
