中药水蛭黄芪汤防治局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者放射性肺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药水蛭黄芪汤防治局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将101例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分成试验组(51例)和对照组(50例),试验组给予同步放化疗联合水蛭黄芪汤中药治疗,对照组给予单纯同步放化疗。结果试验组放射性肺炎发生率为15.7%,明显低于对照组的38.0%(P<0.05);两组Ⅱ级及以上放射性肺炎发生率分别为7.8%和22.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药水蛭黄芪汤在使用过程中安全性高,试验组与对照组肝功能、肾功能、心肌酶、凝血功能异常发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药水蛭黄芪汤用于接受同步放化疗的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,能显著降低放射性肺炎特别是Ⅱ级以上放射性肺炎的发生率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Leech Astragalus Decoction in the prevention and treatment of radiation pneumonia of the patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 101 cases of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group(51 cases)and control group(50 cases).The experimental group received the concurrent chemoradiotherapy plus Leech Astragalus Decoction,while the control group received the simple concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Results The occurrence rate of radioactive pneumonia in the experimental group was 15.7%,which was significantly lower than 38.0%in the control group(P<0.05);the occurrence rates of aboveⅡlevel of radioactive pneumonia in the two groups were 7.8%and 22.0%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine Leech Astragalus Decoction had the high safety in the use process.The occurrence rates of liver function,kidney function,myocardial enzyme and coagulation abnormalities had no statistical differences between the experimental group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Leech Astragalus Decoction in the patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer receiving concurrent chemoradiotherapy can significantly reduce the occurrence rate of radiation-induced pneumonia,especially above gradeⅡof radiation-induced pneumonia.
