摘　　要：高校班主任是学生学习、发展和成长的教育者和引导者。兼职班主任的专任教师针对当下高等教育的新宗旨以及学生成长的新要求,应该结合自身的专业知识探索一种创新的班级管理模式。这对服务学生成长成才、增强高校学生工作管理水平具有重要意义。College head teachers are the educators and guides of students'learning,development and growth.In view of the new aim of higher education and new requirement for students'growth,the full-time teachers serving concurrently as head teachers should explore an innovative class management mode combined with their own professional knowledge.It is of great significance to serving the growth of students and enhancing the management level of college students.
