摘　　要：随着我国教育事业的不断发展,各地高校不断扩招,高校毕业生的就业形势也越来越严峻。为提升就业率,最大限度地发挥人才对社会经济发展的支撑作用,各高校应对大学生加强职业生涯规划教育,指导学生确定方向、找准目标,实现职业化、专业化发展。该文从高校“大学生职业生涯规划”课程教学的现状出发,对目前存在的普遍性问题进行分析,并提出一些实践性策略,希望能有助于提高教学的实效性,增强大学毕业生的求职及择业竞争力。With the continuous development of education in China,colleges and universities in various regions continue to expand their enrollment,and the employment situation for college graduates has become more severe.In order to increase the employment rate and maximize the role of talents in supporting social and economic development,colleges and universities should strengthen the career planning education for college students,guide students to determine the direction,pinpoint goals,and achieve professional and specialized development.Starting with the status quo of the teaching of the"College Students'Career Planning"course in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the common problems at present,and then proposes some practical strategies,hoping to help improve the effectiveness of teaching and enhance the competitiveness of college graduates in job hunting.
