摘　　要：目的对飞秒激光制瓣的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)和微小切口全飞秒激光角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)术后1年的效果进行比较。方法接受飞秒激光手术,并坚持随访1年的近视患者,分为FS-LASIK组(36例,72眼)和SMILE组(19例,37眼)。比较2组患者术后1、3、6个月和1年的裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、球镜度数、柱镜度数、角膜后表面高度,进而比较两种手术方法的有效性、安全性、稳定性及可预测性。结果术后1年,2组患者UCVA达到或超过术前BCVA率均为100%,未出现BCVA较术前下降。2组患者SE在±0.50 D范围内的百分率分别为97%和95%,SE分别是:FS-LASIK组(-0.34±0.14)D,SMILE组(-0.27±0.26)D,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1年,2组患者后表面高度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SMILE与FS-LASIK均为有效的屈光手术,在术后1年随访中两种治疗结果均体现了治疗近视的安全性、有效性、稳定性及可预测性,是各具优势的手术治疗方法。Objective To compare the effectbetween small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)and femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)in themyopia corneal surgery forone year.Methods This retrospective study involvedFS-LASIK group(72 eyes)and SMILE group(37 eyes).All the patients were experienced corneal refractive surgery and followed up for one year in.The un-corrected visual acuity(UCVA),best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),spherical power,cylinder power,and posterior elevation were compared between twogroups at 1month,3 month,6 month and 1 year after surgery,and the effectiveness,security,stability,and predictability were also analyzed.Results There wereno significant difference was found in spherical power,astigmaticr power and spherical equivalent(SE)between FS-LASIK group and SMILE group one year after surgery.The ratio of postoperative UCVA reachingor exceedingBCVAbeforeoperation was 100%in both groups,the rate of SE within±0.50D was 97%in FS-LASIK group and 95%in SMILE group,it is(-0.34±0.14)D in FS-LASIK group and(-0.27±0.26)D in SMILE group(P>0.05),there was no significant difference of the posterior elevation between FS-LASIK group(6.37±2.70)μm and(6.28±0.14)μm(P>0.05).Conclusion Both FS-LASIK and SMILE were safe,effective and stable treatment in the correction of myopia,each surgery has its own predominance.
