摘　　要：目的:探讨Yes激酶相关蛋白(YAP)、转录联合激活因子(TAZ)及β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)在鼻咽癌组织中表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测100例鼻咽癌组织、30例非肿瘤鼻咽黏膜组织中的YAP、TAZ、β-catenin的表达情况,并对相关的临床病理因素进行分析。结果:YAP、TAZ在鼻咽癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于非肿瘤鼻咽黏膜组织(P<0.05);β-catenin在鼻咽癌组织中的异位表达率明显高于非肿瘤鼻咽黏膜组织(P<0.05);YAP、TAZ在鼻咽癌组织中的阳性表达率与鼻咽癌的病理分型有关(P<0.05);β-catenin在鼻咽癌组织中的异位表达率与鼻咽癌的病理分型有关(P<0.05);YAP、TAZ表达与β-catenin蛋白异位表达成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:YAP、TAZ、β-catenin在鼻咽癌组织中存在异常表达。Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of YAP(Yes-associated protein),TAZ(The transcriptional co-activator with PDZ-binding motif)andβ-catenin in NPC(nasopharyngeal carcinoma).Methods:The expression of YAP,TAZ,β-catenin in 100 cases of NPC,30 cases of non-tumor nasopharyngeal mucosa tissues were determined by using immunohistochemical technique and the results were studied in correlation with clinicopathological factors.Results:The expression of YAP,TAZ in NPC was significantly higher than in non-tumor nasopharyngeal mucosa tissues(P<0.05),the ectopic expression ofβ-catenin in NPC was significantly higher than in non-tumor nasopharyngeal mucosa tissues(P<0.05),the positive expression of YAP,TAZ in NPC was correlated with histologic subtypes of NPC(P<0.05),the ectopic expression ofβ-catenin in NPC was correlated with histologic subtypes of NPC(P<0.05),YAP、TAZ had a positive correlation withβ-catenin(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are significantly abnormal expression levels of YAP,TAZ andβ-catenin in NPC.
