牙周病的单纯性牙周治疗和牙周正畸联合治疗的效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的:研究牙周病的单纯性牙周治疗和牙周正畸联合治疗的效果。方法:本次研究纳入2017年8月-2019年8月收治的82例牙周病患者,随机分组,对照组40例实施单纯性牙周治疗,观察组42例实施牙周正畸联合治疗。对比两组的出血指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、平均附着丧失、龈乳头高度(papillary height,PH)、邻接点到牙槽骨嵴的距离(contact point to the alveolar bone crest,BC-CP)、并发症发生情况、临床疗效。结果:观察组牙周参数及BC-CP、并发症发生率均优于对照组,PH和临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙周正畸联合治疗牙周病的效果比单纯性牙周治疗更加显著,可促进患者牙周状况的改善,满足患者的美学要求,具有较高的安全性。Objective:To study the effect of simple periodontal treatment and combined periodontal orthodontic treatment on periodontal diseases.Method:A total of 82 patients with periodontal disease from August 2017 to August 2019 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group were treated with simple periodontal therapy,and 42 cases in the observation group were treated with combined periodontal orthodontics.The bleeding index,plaque index,periodontal pocket depth,average attachment loss,papillary height (PH),contact point to the alveolar bone crest (BC-CP),complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:The periodontal parameters,BC-CP,and the incidence of complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the PH and clinical total effective rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of combined periodontal orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease is more significant than that of simple periodontal treatment.It can promote the improvement of patients’ periodontal status,meet the patients’ aesthetic requirements,and have higher safety.
