摘 要:为了研究灌溉和中耕两种农艺措施对木地肤(Kochia prostrata)产量和品质的影响,试验以木地肤为研究对象,在新疆天博草业公司的木地肤种子基地设定灌溉中耕区、灌溉无中耕区、无灌溉中耕区和无灌溉无中耕区,研究灌溉和中耕措施对木地肤地上生物量、牧草品质和种子质量的影响。结果表明:灌溉中耕区木地肤的鲜草产量为1.17 kg/m^2,干草产量为0.46 kg/m^2;灌溉无中耕区木地肤种子产量为20.75 g/m^2,在四个区中表现最好;现蕾期灌溉是木地肤生物量增产的基础,与无灌溉木地肤比,灌溉措施显著提高了木地肤的鲜草产量与种子产量(P<0.05);中耕措施对木地肤鲜草产量、干草产量具有显著影响(P<0.05);灌溉中耕区木地肤营养品质最好,粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分含量均高于其他三个区,且四个区中木质素含量最低。说明灌溉中耕措施对提高牧草品质、增产具有积极作用。In order to study the impact of two agronomic measures(irrigation and intertillage) on the yield and quality of Kochia prostrata(K. prostrata),K. prostrata was taken as the research object in this study, field experiments were carried out in the seed production bases of Xinjiang Tianbo Grass Industry Co. Ltd., including irrigation and intertillage area, irrigation without intertillage area, no irrigating with intertillage area and no irrigating no intertillage area, to study the effect of irrigation and tillage measures on the aboveground biomass, forage quality, and seed yield. The result showed that the fresh grass yield and hay yield of K.prostrata at irrigation and intertillage area were 1.17 kg/m^2 and 0.46 kg/m^2, respectively. The seed yield was 20.75 g/m^2at irrigation without intertillage area, which was the best among the four areas. Irrigation at the bud stage is the basis for increasing biomass yield. Compared with no irrigation, fresh grass yield and seed yield were significantly increased under irrigation(P<0.05). The effect of intertillage on fresh grass yield and dry grass yield of K.prostrata was significant(P<0.05). The nutrient quality of K.prostrata in irrigation and intertillage area was the best, and the content of crude protein, crude fat and crude ash was higher than that in the other three regions, and the lignin content was the lowest among the four areas. It indicated that the measures of irrigation and intertillage have positive effects on improving forage quality and increasing yield.
