摘　　要：随着网络技术的迅速发展,非理性表达现象也日益突出;其成因主要包括网络身份的隐蔽性、泛道德传统文化影响、法律和制度建设相对滞后、转型期焦虑的社会心理等;应对策略包括:健全网络管理的法律法规,完善网络舆情监管机制,强化网络媒体用户的责任意识,提升养网民的媒介素养和批判性思维能力。With the rapid development of network technology,the phenomenon of irrational expression has become increasingly prominent.The causes for irrational expressions are various,and they can be mainly divided as the hidden Internet identity,the influence of Pan-moral traditional culture,the lagging construction of legal system,and the social anxiety in the transformation period.Some coping strategies for this problem are as follows:improving the management of laws and regulations on the Internet,strengthening the supervision mechanism of public opinions on the Internet,cultivating the sense of responsibility of Internet media users,and developing the media literacy and critical thinking ability of Internet users.
