摘 要:采用沥青改性剂RST,制备两种高黏改性沥青,方案一为70#基质沥青+12%RST,方案二为SBS改性沥青+6%RST,并进行性能对比。试验结果表明,两种高黏改性沥青的常规指标相近,方案二的沥青黏度大于方案一,生产时要提高10℃的拌合温度。相同OGFC级配下,两种混合料性能相当,方案二的沥青膜更厚,导致其混合料空隙率偏小,但材料成本也更低。在工程应用中,采用相同的施工工艺,压实度、渗水系数均满足设计要求,方案一的渗水效果好于方案二。Two kinds of high viscosity modified asphalt were prepared with RST.The first scheme was no.70 base asphalt with 12%RST,and the second scheme was SBS modified asphalt with 6%RST.Then their performance was compared.Experimental results showed that the conventional index of the two kinds of high viscosity modified asphalt were similar,and the viscosity of asphalt in scheme 2 was higher than that in scheme 1,so the mixing temperature should be increased by 10℃.With the same OGFC gradation,the performance of two mixtures was similar,while the bitumen membrane of scheme 2 was thicker,resulting in a smaller void ratio of the mixture.But materials cost was also lower.In engineering application,the compactness and permeability coefficient could meet the design requirements with the same construction technology,while the permeability effect of scheme 1 was better than that of scheme 2.
