摘　　要：使用2017年CHFS截面数据从微观层面建模分析了养老保险、医疗保险与我国居民就业之间的关系,实证分析结果显示:养老保险参保情况、养老金保障水平、医疗保险参保情况和医疗保险使用情况显著影响居民的就业意愿。此外,认为养老保险和医疗保险对居民的影响呈现年龄差异和户口差异。最后,基于得出的实证结果提出改进现有社会保障体系以促进居民就业的建议。This article,by using the CHFS cross-section data in 2017,analysed the endowment insurance,medical insurance and the relationship between the residents of employment in our country with model from the micro level.The empirical results show that endowment insurance,pension insurance,medical insurance and medical insurance usage significantly affect residents'willingness of employment.In addition,the influence of endowment insurance and medical insurance on residents has age difference and household registration difference.Finally,based on the empirical results,some suggestions are put forward to improve the existing social security system in order to promote the employment of residents.
