摘 要:工程更改是整车厂及零部件企业经营中的一项重要产品开发活动。零部件企业必须快速响应收到客户的工程更改指令,同时也要确保更改后产品的报价合理。大多数零部件企业的顾客"工程工作指令"的响应与成本管控工作都是按职能式开展,工作周期长、责任难落实,变更程序未建立标准化管理。本论文通过对大多数零部件企业的"产品更改流程"的分析,找出设计变要更的由来建立了适合大多数零部件企业的"工程更改管理流程",对目前各整车厂的"工程更改流程"给出了科学、高效的工程更改及成本管理控制方案。基于"工程更改标准流程和汽车行业标准",参考"价值工程管理",运用"财务管理工具",通过案例及方法使得成本管理与技术管理工作高度契合,产品工程更改运作高效可控。Engineering change is an important product development activity in vehicle factories and parts enterprises. Parts enterprises must quickly respond to the engineering change orders received from customers,and at the same time ensure that the quotation of the changed products is reasonable. In most parts enterprises,the response and cost control of customer "engineering work order"are carried out according to functions,with long work cycle,difficult implementation of responsibilities,and no standardized management of change procedures.Through the analysis of the "product change process"of most parts enterprises,this paper finds out the origin of design change,establishes the "engineering change management process"suitable for most parts enterprises,and gives a scientific and efficient engineering change and cost management control scheme for the current"engineering change process"of various vehicle manufacturers. Based on"engineering change standard process and automobile industry standard",referring to "value engineering management",using "financial management tools",through cases and methods,the cost management and technical management work are highly consistent,and the product engineering change operation is efficient and controllable.
