摘　　要：在哺乳动物中几丁质酶通过降解病原体中几丁质成分参与针对病原体的免疫反应。虽然几丁质酶样蛋白缺少几丁质酶活性,但也与感染、炎症、组织修复等过程密切相关。已有研究表明,几丁质酶和几丁质酶样蛋白参与了糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、过敏性炎症、自身免疫疾病等多种慢性炎症疾病的发生发展,文中对其最新的研究进展进行了综述。Mammalian chitinase is involved in the immune response against pathogens by degrading the chitin component in the pathogen,while chitinase-like proteins(CLPs),lacking enzymatic activity,also play essential roles in infection,inflammation,and tissue healing.Accumulating studies have shown that chitinases and CLPs are closely related to the initiation and development of various chronic inflammatory diseases(CID)such as diabetes,atherosclerosis,allergy and autoimmune diseases.Here,we summarize the latest research progress on chitinases and chitinase-like proteins in CID.
