摘　　要：廉政文化建设是一项系统工程,“破”“承”“立”是从整体上推进我国廉政文化建设的三维路径。“破”是前提,破除腐败文化,为廉政文化建设正本清源;“承”是基础,传承中华优秀传统廉政文化,为廉政文化建设固本培元;“立”是根本,确立廉洁价值观,守正创新,构建中国特色社会主义廉政文化之魂。“破”“承”“立”三维路径是有机统一体,需要家庭、学校和全社会共同参与,夯实我国反腐败斗争的文化根基。Anti-corruption Culture Construction is a system projet.Abolishing,inheriting and establishing are the paths to promote the development of anti-corruption culture on the whole.Abolishing is the premise.Inher⁃iting is the foundation to realize the inheritance and development of China’s excellent traditional anti-corrup⁃tion culture.Establishing is the key to change the current weak station of the development of incorruptibility values in our country.Abolishing,inheriting and establishing form an unity.In order to strengthen the develop⁃ment of anti-corruption culture in China,families,schools and the whole society need participate in it.
