摘　　要：目的探讨分离、培养、鉴定人羊膜上皮细胞的方法。方法羊膜上皮细胞(hAECs)提取方法为胰蛋白酶(低浓度)多步消化分离法,并进行体外培养扩增及干细胞特征鉴定。结果hAECs分离培养操作简单,能够实现体外扩增(大量)且表现出干细胞相关特性。结论hAECs表现出干细胞特征,属于理想的组织工程皮肤种子细胞之一。Objective To study the method of isolation,culture and identification of human amniotic epithelial cells.Methods Amniotic epithelial cells(HAECs)were extracted by trypsin(low concentration)multistep digestion and isolation method,and were cultured in vitro and identified as stem cells.Results the isolation and culture of HAECs was simple and could be expanded in vitro(in large number)and showed stem cell related characteristics.Conclusion HAECs have the characteristics of stem cells,which are one of the ideal seed cells of tissue engineering skin.
