摘　　要：新生代农民工是新时代产业工人队伍的主力军,其职业观不仅关系自身、家庭的生存和发展,而且关系乡村振兴战略的顺利实施和"中国制造2025"目标能否按期实现。在百万扩招以及新冠肺炎疫情影响的背景下,必须准确把握新生代农民工职业观呈现的特征和影响因素,充分发挥高等职业教育的主渠道作用,以课程教育引领新生代农民工职业观发展,以校企合作强化企业职业观教育,并将职业观教育融入新生代农民工日常管理工作之中。The new generation of migrant workers is the main force of the industrial workforce.Their career view is not only related to the survival and development of themselves and their families,but also related to the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and whether the goal of“Made in China 2025”can be realized on schedule.In the context of the millions enrollment expansion and the impact of the epidemic,it is necessary to accurately grasp the characteristics and influencing factors presented by the new generation of migrant workers,give full play to the role of the main channel of higher vocational education,and lead the development of the new generation of migrant workers’career view with curriculum education.School-enterprise cooperation strengthens the enterprise’s education of career view and integrates vocational education into the daily management of the new generation of migrant workers.
