摘  要:"主体需要""职业偏好"和"互动感观"三维一体的结构是高职生职业价值观结构的新探索。主体需要维度用以刻画职业个体或团队在观念层面对自身发展需要的心理预设。职业偏好维度用以刻画职业个体或团队在观念层面对某种职业在社会职业系统所处的地位、作用等职业外部属性,以及该职业岗位的内在规范、活动特征、晋升机会、激励程度等职业内部属性的心理认知与偏好抉择。互动感观是指由职业主体统合主体需要与职业偏好所进行的价值对话与价值建构的系统性过程。"三维一体"的结构决定了高职生职业价值观教育的三条主要路线,即主体需要定位、职业偏好引导和互动氛围营造。The three-dimensional structure of“subject needs”“professional preference”and“interactive perception”is a new exploration of the structure of professional values of higher vocational students.The subject needs dimension is used to describe the psychological presupposition of professional individuals or teams for their own development needs at the conceptual level.The occupational preference dimension is used to describe the status and role of an individual or team in the social occupation system and other occupational external attributes at the conceptual level,as well as the psychological cognition and preference choice of the professional internal attributes such as the internal norms,activity characteristics,promotion opportunities,and incentive levels of the professional post.Interactive perception refers to the systematic process of value dialogue and value construction carried out by professional subjects integrating subject needs and professional preferences.The structure of“three dimensional integration”determines the three main lines of vocational values education for higher vocational students,namely,subject need positioning,career preference guidance and interactive atmosphere creation.
