摘　　要：目的探讨光学相干断层扫描(OCT)血管成像术在中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变(CEC)中的应用。方法选取2018年3月~2019年10月中国中医科学院眼科医院收治的46例(46眼)CEC患者作为研究对象,通过区组随机化分组法将其分为研究组与常规组,每组各23例。研究组患者采用OCT血管成像术检查,常规组患者采用荧光素眼底血管造影术(FFA)检查。比较两组患者的CEC总检出率、检测后不良反应总发生率、检测清晰度及检测效果。结果研究组患者的CEC总检出率、检测清晰度及检测效果均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OCT血管成像术在CEC患者的诊断中具有较高的应用价值,且能有效降低患者的不良反应总发生率,具有临床推广意义。Objective To explore the application of optical coherence tomography(OCT)angiography in central exudative chorioretinopathy(CEC).Methods A total of 46 patients(46 eyes)with CEC who admitted to Eye Hospital of Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group and the conventional group by block randomized grouping method,with 23 cases in each group.The fluorescein fundus angiography(FFA)examination was performed on patients in the conventional group,and the OCT angiography examination was performed on patients in the study group.The total detection rate of CEC examination,the total incidence of adverse reactions after detection,the clarity and the accuracy of detection were compared between the two groups.Results The total detection rate of CEC,the clarity and the accuracy of detection in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion OCT angiography has higher application value in the diagnosis of patients with CEC,it can effectively reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions in patients,and has clinical significance.
