摘  要:碱烧伤是临床上复杂而难以治愈的眼化学伤,其病理机制复杂、并发症较多且预后不佳。碱烧伤后角膜新生血管的形成会导致角膜反复炎症反应、透明性丧失,从而损害视力、破坏眼前节相关免疫赦免状态造成角膜移植排斥等后果。因此抑制角膜新生血管的发生发展一直是眼科比较棘手的难题。Alkali burn is one of the most complicated and difficult diseases to cure.Its pathological mechanism is complicated,and it has many complications.The prognosis always poor.The corneal neovascularization after alkali burn can lead to recurrent corneal inflammation and opacification,which can impair vision,destroy the mechanisms of corneal immune privilege and cause corneal transplantation.Therefore,inhibiting the formation of corneal neovascularization has always been a difficult problem in ophthalmology.
