“边际效用递减”规律在网络经济中失效了吗?

摘　　要：现代网络经济产生了包括信息低成本高效复制等许多新特点,一些文献认为这些特点导致了边际效用递减规律已经失效。笔者在学术界开创性地提出“否定有关这一规律在网络经济中的失效论”的讨论,特别是从理论上率先证明了:信息复制的特点不但没有否定,反而更加证明了边际效用递减规律在网络经济中的存在性。本文在其他方面的重要创新还有:关于网络和网络信息传输的本质;关于边际效用递减规律和信息复制(特别是信息复制同信息转发的实质性区别)的真实涵义;关于产生这一规律在网络经济中失效之错觉的原因,或是弄错了边际效用递减规律和信息复制的真实含义,或是由于首稿成本和社会成本难以充分分摊而产生错觉,或是由于供给、消费扩大致使信息稀缺性降低而产生幻觉。但是,所有这些原因都与这一规律完全无关,完全不否定和不影响这一规律的存在和作用。Modern network economy has many new characteristics,including low cost and high efficiency of information replication.Some literatures think that these characteristics lead to the Law of Diminishing Marginal Utility has failed.The authors initiated the discussion of“negating the invalidation of this Law in the network economy”in the academic circle,especially the first proof in theory:the characteristics of information replication not only do not negate,but also prove the existence of the Law of Diminishing Marginal Utility in the network economy.Other important tactors in this paper include the essence of network and network information transmission,the Law of Diminishing Marginal Utility and the true meaning of information replication(especially the essential differences between information replication and information forwarding).The reasons for the illusion that this Law is invalid in the network economy are as follows:it may wrong the true meaning of the Law of Diminishing Marginal Utility and information reproduction,or produce illusion because the first draft cost and social cost are difficult to fully apportion,or produce illusion because the information scarcity is reduced due to the expansion of supply and consumption.However,all those reasons do not negate or affect the existence and function of this Law.
