摘 要:随着计算机科学和信息技术的高速发展,药物信息数据库的提出及其相关研究的开展,给现代药物化学的教学改革带来了新的机遇和挑战。将药物信息数据库融入药物化学基础知识教学,创新课堂教学模式,加深学生对基础知识的理解,培养学生学习能力,提升学习效果。围绕PDB、DrugBank等药物信息数据库的综合运用,在药物化学教学中形成融合模式,体现药物信息数据库在药物化学教学中的整体功能。With the rapid development of computer technology and information technology,the introduction of drug information databases and the development of related research have brought new opportunities and challenges to the teaching reform of modern medicinal chemistry[1].Integrating the drug information database into the teaching of basic knowledge of medicinal chemistry and innovating the classroom teaching mode can deepen students'understanding of basic knowledge,cultivate students'learning ability,and enhance learning effects.This paper mainly focuses on the comprehensive application of drug information databases such as PDB and Drug Bank,forming a detailed fusion model in medicinal chemistry teaching,so as to better exert the overall function of drug information databases in medicinal chemistry teaching.
