摘  要:药物分析是高等院校药学类专业的专业必修课,也是我国执业药师考试的必考科目,其重要性不言而喻。但是药物分析教学面临着知识庞杂、学生学习兴趣不高等问题。鉴于此,以苯巴比妥类药物为例,以药物的化学结构为出发点,通过逻辑推理发现药物的可能性质,再推测可能的质量分析方法,通过返验课本或中国药典,确证其合理性。实践证明,结构法教学可在一定程度上减轻教师教学及学生学习压力,提高学生的学习兴趣,提升学生综合利用知识能力和逻辑思维能力。Pharmaceutical analysis is a compulsory course for pharmacy majors in colleges and universities,and it is also a compulsory subject for the examination of licensed pharmacists in China.It is self-evident to learn pharmaceutical analysis well for undergraduate pharmacy students.However,the teaching of pharmaceutical analysis faces the problems of complex knowledge and low interest of students in learning.In view of this,taking the phenobarbital as an example,starting from the chemical structure of the pharmaceutical,discovering the possible properties of the phenobarbital through logical reasoning,and then speculating on the possible quality analysis methods,and verifying its rationality by returning to the textbook or the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Practice has proved that structured teaching can reduce the pressure of teaching to a certain extent,which can increase students'interest in learning,and enhance students'comprehensive utilization of knowledge and logical thinking ability.
