摘 要:目的通过互联网多模态学习方式对医学影像教学革陈出新,探讨并构建现代医学影像教育资源网络平台。方法建立全国范围医学院校微信学习群,挑选具有丰富临床经验的放射科医师组成讲师团队;通过微信平台及放射沙龙APP进行各系统分节基础及提升实时授课、在线答疑、课后答题问卷、视频回顾等多模态网络学习方式,对其教学效果做出评价。结果微信学习群总人数3562人,已顺利完成呼吸系统、骨骼系统分成39节的实时授课,每节课参加在线答题人数约200~534人次,答题参与率约31.6%,在线答题准确率约82.5%,每期授课视频在放射沙龙平台回放,总点击率达125885人次。研究中高级职称组的参与答题人数、APP回放率、答题率均显著高于中级职称组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多模态网络教学方式可推动传统教学思想和教学方法的改革,激发医学生的学习自主性、灵活性,对培养和提高学生的临床思维和实践等方面的综合能力有重要意义。Objective To make a new innovation in medical image teaching through Internet multi-mode learning,and to explore and construct the network platform of modern medical image education resources.Methods The WeChat learning group of medical colleges and universities in China was established,and radiologists with rich clinical experience were selected to form a team of lecturers,and the teaching effect was evaluated by using WeChat platform and radiation salon APP to carry out multi-modal network learning methods such as dividing sections of each system and improving real-time teaching,online question answering,after-class questionnaire,video review and so on.Results The total number of WeChat learning group is 3562,and the respiratory system and bone system have been successfully completed.The number of online questions is about 200~534 person-time,the participation rate of the answer is about 31.6%,and the accuracy of online answer is about 82.5%.The video of each period is played back on the radiation salon platform,with a total click-through rate of 125885 person-time.The number of participants in the senior professional title group in this study,the rate of APP playback and the answer rate were significantly higher than those in the middle-grade title group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimode network teaching method can promote the reform of traditional teaching ideas and teaching methods,stimulate the learning autonomy and flexibility of medical students,and is of great significance to cultivate and improve students'comprehensive ability of clinical thinking and practice.
