摘  要:大学教师科研评价制度扮演了激励和规范教师创新行为的角色,与大学的原始创新能力密切相关。通过对C9高校部分理工领域教师的问卷调查,分析了科研评价的目的和方法、程序对大学教师科研创新行为的影响。结果表明:形成性评价目的和评价程序民主对大学教师主动性科研创新行为会产生积极影响,挑战性科研创新动机起到了中介作用;同行评价方法通过挑战性创新动机的间接作用对大学教师主动性科研创新行为产生积极影响;终结性评价目的通过补偿性创新动机的间接作用对大学教师被动性科研创新行为产生积极影响。建议大学应切实改革评价导向,建立以形成性评价为主、终结性评价为辅的评价体系;充分发挥教师的主体性,保障其在教师评价中的话语权;建立以小同行为主的同行评价主体结构,保障评价的专业性和权威性。The faculty research evaluation system can stimulate and regulate their innovative behavior,which is closely related to the university's original innovation.Through the questionnaire survey of faculty in some scientific and engineering fields in C9 league,this study analyzed the effect of purpose,method and procedure of research evaluation on faculty's research innovation behavior.The results show that the formative evaluation purpose and the procedural democracy of evaluation have a positive effect on faculty's proactive research innovation behavior,the challenging research innovation motivation plays an mediating role;Peer review method has a positive impact on faculty's proactive research innovation behavior through the indirect role of the challenging research innovation motivation;The summative evaluation purpose has a positive impact on faculty's reactive research innovation behavior through the indirect role of the compensatory research innovation motivation.We suggest that universities should properly reform the orientation of evaluation,give priority to formative evaluation and supplement with summative evaluation;Give full play to the subjectivity of faculty and guarantee their discourse power in evaluation;Give priority to small peer review method and guarantee the professionalism and authority of evaluation.
