摘　　要：目的:研究血凝酶联合奥美拉唑应用于胃溃疡伴上消化道出血的效果及对细胞因子水平的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院在2016年2月-2018年2月收治的80例胃溃疡伴上消化道出血患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组,每组40例。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,联合组在对照组基础上予以血凝酶治疗。对比两组临床疗效、细胞因子水平、不良反应情况。结果:联合组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后VEGF及EGF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血凝酶联合奥美拉唑应用于胃溃疡伴上消化道出血的效果显著,可改善细胞因子水平,且不良反应较少。Objective:To study the effect of Hemocoagulase combined with Omeprazole on gastric ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and its influence on cytokine levels.Method:A total of 80 gastric ulcer patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the combined group according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Omeprazole,while the combined group was treated with Hemocoagulase on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cytokine levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VEGF and EGF levels in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the combined group was 5.00%,which was lower than 12.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemocoagulase combined with Omeprazole has a significant effect in the treatment of gastric ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and can improve cytokine levels,with fewer adverse reactions.
